This is in reference to your Application for Correction of
Military Records, DD Form 149, received on 20 February 2014, in
which you requested a review of your dates of service, that you
did not have any foreign service, and that your record be
corrected to reflect your period of active duty on your
Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty
(DD Form 214). Additionally you requested an explanation as to
why your “JFM1” separation code is different from your initial
DD Form 214.

Please be advised that because your request are for
administrative corrections which do not require action by this
Board, you may submit a request to Headquarters, United States
Marine Corps, 3280 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-5103, to
request that administrative corrections be made on your DD Form
214. As a result of the foregoing, no action is required by this
Board at this time. Accordingly, your case is hereby
administratively closed without action.
